This ready-to-implement package includes over 35 essential operational policies, thoughtfully updated and tailored to meet all current regulatory requirements, including all Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) for Assisted Living Residences (ALRs):
-Assisted Living Residences – 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 7
-Medication Administration – 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 24

  • Client Agreement

    Upon purchase, ALCD will provide the client, via email, with an agreement to be mutually signed. The signed agreement and full payment must be provided to ALCD before the client receives the Colorado compliant Community Policies & Procedures Manual. The agreement ensures the policies purchased and provided to clients are for the sole use of the client's owned, managed, and/or operated Assisted Living Facilities in Colorado. Clients agree not to, whether for a fee or without charge, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, transfer, trade, resell, re-provision, redistribute, or rent the Community Policies & Procedures Manual except for appropriate and expected internal use.
