Specialized Management
Are there specific questions you have about your loved one’s level of care and charges, care plan, or even long-term care insurance? Are you concerned with the communication between the facility, but unsure what questions to ask? We partner with you to help evaluate, establish, and guide your loved one’s care and contracted services. ALC of Denver's goal is to collaborate with any individuals involved in day-to-day care, including the resident, the community's staff, medical providers, outside family or designees, guardians, conservators, and/or anyone else involved.
Assessments
A Whole Person Approach
As a certified Eden Alternative registry member, a complete comprehensive approach is taken with each client. ALC of Denver focuses on how to improve each individual's daily needs after completing our own extensive assessments and thorough review of each client's documented plan of care. Assessments will be implemented into the facility’s care plan and include medication and pharmaceutical audits, as well as physical and cognitive evaluations. Ongoing excellence in care is ensured with frequent re-evaluations at routine intervals, incorporating all necessary updates or changes. Results can be communicated with the facility, medical providers, and authorized family or representatives.
