As a licensed nurse and Assisted Living Administrator, Sara Wright founded Assisted Living Consultants of Denver (ALCD) to provide professional, results-driven support to Colorado Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. ALCD stands apart by offering tailored solutions that reflect each client’s unique needs - whether through interim or ongoing consulting partnerships, serving as a CDPHE-approved Intermediate Condition Consultants, or delivering Temporary Management Company (TMC) services in response to Conditional Licensure.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare - and more than a decade in senior living leadership - Sara brings deep operational insight and regulatory expertise to every engagement. She has served as Executive Director and Administrator for several Assisted Living Residences in the Denver metro area and previously held key clinical and leadership roles as an Assisted Living Director and Health & Wellness Director in both Colorado and Illinois.

Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science and Nutrition from Metropolitan State University of Denver and completed her nursing education in Oregon. Her passion for serving older adults is rooted in a lifelong commitment to person-centered care and a belief in cultivating environments that support both residents and staff.

Known for her focus on clinical excellence and regulatory compliance, Sara partners with communities to implement practical tools, strengthen systems, and develop cohesive teams. Her ability to relate to professionals at all levels - from direct care staff to executive leadership - makes her a trusted resource and skilled advisor to those navigating the evolving landscape of Assisted Living operations.

 

Sara is joined by a multidisciplinary team of experienced RN Consultants, a Physical Therapist, and other operational and compliance experts allowing ALCD to offer comprehensive, hands-on support. Together, the ALCD team acts as strategic partners - equipping clients with the knowledge and foresight to make every move count. Much like a well-played game of chess, ALCD focuses on strategic planning, thoughtful execution, and proactive compliance - helping communities not just respond to challenges, but stay ahead of them.
