Client Agreement
Upon purchase, ALCD will provide the client, via email, with an agreement to be mutually signed. The signed agreement and full payment must be provided to ALCD before the client receives the Community Policy and Procedures and Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) Manuals. The agreement ensures policies purchased and provided to clients are for the sole use of the client's owned, managed, and/or operated Assisted Living Facilities in Colorado. Clients agree not to, whether for a fee or without charge, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, transfer, trade, resell, re-provision, redistribute, or rent the Community Policy and Procedure and Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) Manuals except for appropriate and expected internal use.
