    Upon purchase, ALCD will provide the client, via email, with an agreement to be mutually signed. The signed agreement and full payment must be provided to ALCD before the client receives the Emergency Operations Plan (EOP). The agreement ensures Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) purchased and provided to clients are for the sole use of the client's owned, managed, and/or operated Assisted Living Facilities in Colorado. Clients agree not to, whether for a fee or without charge, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, transfer, trade, resell, re-provision, redistribute, or rent the Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) except for appropriate and expected internal use.
